• A private, small, quiet, family run caravan site situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Jurassic coast in Lyme Bay.
• We are one of the only caravan sites in the area boasting beautiful sea views
• Gorgeous local walks around the East Devon Coast
• We have 2 local pubs which have featured in the good pub guide. The Fountain Head,

• The site also has a small private and exclusive airstrip and for the last weekend in July, holds an Air Display and Classic Car Show featuring hundreds of cars and aircraft.
• We offer a pilot special rate of £5 landing fee if they camp or hire the luxury static caravan and can also offer the use of a private car.
• All shops are within easy drive with supermarket and local shops in Beer, Seaton, Sidmouth, Honiton.

3 miles to the west  we have the regency town of Sidmouth, which has amenities that include:-
Cinema, Indoor Swimming Pool, Local gift shops, Pubs and Restaurants, Beaches, Health Spa and Sauna and on the first Friday of August, for one week, plays host to the famous international Folk Festival.
